The collection revolves all-around Romi, a reasonably ordinary Female at first glance, who is actually the princess of the magic kingdom, the Emotion Kingdom. She arrived to Earth to capture many of the Teeniepings: sweet but pretty mischievous creatures that every one have a novel electric power hooked up to an emotion or an idea they depict.
